Companies can get started onboarding onto our platform by defining a specific process workflow as a Blueprint. A Blueprint can be composed of any number of subordinate Tasks, which map a specific set of input instructions to a specific output.
After you've defined your first Blueprint, you can execute a Job against that Blueprint. Running a Job entails executing each of the Tasks (optionally in order) and performing a set of pre-processing and post-processing operations so that you receive your desired output in the correct format. If a Task relies on a file upload, such as an image or document, you can upload a set of files to your Job so that the individual Tasks can reference that information.
Unlike traditional BPOs, we focus on getting the job done as accurately as possible the first time. The Callback platform allows you to run automated Blueprints using AI and then enhance their results using human-based QA. You have flexibility to define the criteria that you want to use for QA.
